Booking & Reservation information

• All prices quoted include half board
• Local taxes of € 2.60 per person/day are levied as an extra charge
• Reservations can only be guaranteed, if a deposit of
  € 500.00 per room is paid in good time
• Upon a reservation becoming effective, Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions for the specialist association for accommodation service providers apply.
  This also applies to cancellations. Upon early departure the entire reserved time will be charged.
• For reservations of less than 5 days we levy a 10% short-stay supplement
• On the day of your arrival your room will be available from 4:00 p.m.
• Pets are not permitted anywhere in the Alpine Wellness Resort
• Surcharge for a double room, single occupancy is
  € 58.00 per day
• Meals not consumed will not be reimbursed
• Room requests will be considered where possible, however definitive assurance will not be given. Rooms may differ from the diagrams shown and in the furnishings provided.
• A garage space may reserved at a cost of € 12.00 per day
