Booking Information
To ensure that your stay with us is carefree and thoroughly enjoyable from the very beginning, we’d like to provide you with all the essential information about your reservation. That way, you can focus entirely on looking forward to your stay and enjoy it to the fullest.
Information for a First-Class Vacation Experience
Prices
All prices listed include half-board. The local tax of €5.00 per person per day will be charged separately.
Down Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total amount booked will be charged at the time of reservation. Reservations can only be guaranteed if the deposit is paid on time.
Rooms
Room requests will be accommodated whenever possible; however, we cannot guarantee them. Room layouts and amenities may vary.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Providers apply. This also applies to cancellations. In the event of early departure, the entire reservation period will be charged. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Useful Information for Special Vacation Moments
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival, rooms are available for check-in starting at 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Pets
Pets are not allowed anywhere in the Luxury Mountain Resort.
Garage
For an additional charge of €15.00 per day, we’d be happy to reserve a garage space for you.
Surcharges & Discounts
The following surcharges apply for single occupancy per room/night:
Double rooms:
€130.00 – €230.00 during peak season
Suites:
€230.00 – during peak season, the room rate applies to 2 people with a discount of €25.00 per day
